I make all items to order in a small studio I have in my home. I create all of my products in this space on one of my two home embroidery machines. I design and digitize several of my designs myself. Some designs have been purchased for use by the SewMuchMoreStore. In those cases I try to use other local artists or embroidery designers to spread the small business love! You will see a credit to those artists at the bottom of listings where artwork credit is needed. All items are created in a smoke-free and pet-free environment.

Payment Terms & Processing Times

<<<Production on custom items and/or order fulfillment is not started until a PO is fully paid.
<<<Production and ship time will vary depending on the size of your order. I will provide a specific ETA for your order when it is submitted.
<<<Please allow 1-3 weeks for production. However, most orders can and will ship sooner.
<<<During the holidays there are no guaranteed production/shipping ETA’s. Please message me for current ETA if you are concerned about the timing of your order. Most orders during the holidays typically ship no later than 6 weeks after PO is paid.
<<<Net terms are only available via our Faire wholesale site. Faire is a separate website buying platform and you will need to meet their requirements for Net terms/apply to their site to qualify for net terms. Shipping Method:
<<<For Domestic US orders, unless another method is discussed, orders will be shipped via USPS Priority mail services (1-3 business day shipping ETA not including production time)
<<<International orders will vary on shipping depending on where it is going and how much the order is valued at. The cheapest/fastest service and carrier will be discussed with you to make sure your order gets to you in a timely and affordable way.
Any customs, duties and taxes will be paid by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for these fees if any.

<<<Returned packages due to any reason are not subject to refunds. Any delivery issues will be dealt with on a case by case basis and if any refunds/returns are available they may be subject to a restocking fee.
